About Our Church
If you are new to our website, we welcome you to Tabernacle of
Praise. We are glad you found us and hope you will find our site to
be uplifting and encouraging. In a day where so many are
experiencing divorce, single parenting, substance abuse, prejudice,
financial troubles and problems that you think no-one understands
or cares about. We want you to know you are welcome to hang out
at our website to read the articles or listen to encouraging words on
our media player.

If you decide that you want to meet us, then please accept our
special invitation. We are located 242 Little Brown Church Road in
Pierson, Florida located in Volusia County off of Highway 17 North.
(See driving directions and map below.) You and your children are
welcome to attend, too.
Our service begins on Sunday at 10:30 AM and we provide
children's church. We also meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:30PM
and your children are welcome to attend this night, also.
Hopefully you like to have fun. We are getting ready to begin again
our Family Movie Nights! We show great family oriented films and
you can invite all of your friends, as many as you want to bring with
you. For your kids, maybe they will want to get involved with the
scouting program?
Our Sunday morning service begins with praise and worship. We
sing a mixture of chorus' and hymns. Thereafter, the children can
go to the children's church for puppet shows and crafts if they like
or stay in the sanctuary. Then, Pastor Nancy brings forth the Word
from the Bible. If a person desires for special prayer this can be at
the end of the service or at a private session.
Our desire is for new people to feel comfortable and at home.
Church can be a fun place and a comfortable place. We don't push
God on anyone and the Holy Spirit is a gentleman. He wants you to
get to know Him and enjoy His presence. And, we want you to
enjoy yourself if you decide to visit us.
